Hope Church RCA (Reformed Church in America) is seeking applicants for Youth Ministry Director. The successful candidate will exhibit a passionate faith, will bring a creative and innovative spirit to building our youth ministry, will demonstrate a capacity to think strategically about the ministry, and will leverage technology to communicate and connect with our youth and families. In addition, the applicant will demonstrate alignment with the vision, values, purpose, and community for youth ministry at Hope Church.
The position of Youth Ministry Director is a part-time salaried position averaging 20 hours per week. The position combines pastoral leadership, relational connection, and administrative oversight for the Hope Church youth program. The Youth Ministry Director will work with a dedicated staff including our two co-pastors Jill Russell and Gordon Wiersma and volunteers who work with our junior high and high school youth.
