I am very excited to be back at Hope Church this year! I am eager to begin diving a little deeper into areas that have caught my interest and tug at my heart. You will continue to see my husband, CJ, and I around church on Sunday mornings, and hopefully you will see me up front some as well! I will continue serving on the Early Worship Task Force, and will have several opportunities for leadership there.
I will begin to serve in some aspects of congregational care and develop greater awareness for how care is done at Hope Church. I will also be getting involved with the Reconciliation ministry this winter, and hope to serve in some capacity there! I will also continue to lead the Refugee Task Force, and pursue hosting a family as a church body. All three of these focus areas speak to my calling as a social working pastor, and I am anxious to develop my gifts in order that I be better equipped for what’s ahead! It will be an exciting and full year, and I am very excited to continue to get to know this congregation better!
