The Kids Hope School Year Program is fast approaching and I am asking you to consider signing up to be a Kids Hope Mentor or other helper. Our church currently has 15 mentors but with a goal of 20 mentors we have a ways to go. Your time commitment is only for 45 minutes and the training that you will be provided will prepare you to confidently enjoy your mentoring time. Substitutes will be provided when you have time conflicts and my support and the prayers of others will make your experience as a mentor easy and rewarding. Currently there are 4 first graders awaiting a mentor as well as a young boy whose mentor is unable to continue this year. If this tugs at your heart I ask you to sign up this Sunday or next on the Kids Hope Bulletin Board near the office. I will be there to answer any questions and to welcome you to the Kids Hope “family”.
