Assist the Refresh Program

The Refresh: Hygiene and Hope program is asking for Hope Church’s assistance with their hot meal distribution. Created jointly by Community Action House’s Outreach Team and First United Methodist Church, Refresh is a safe and welcoming space for our un-housed neighbors, providing access to showers and meals  and connection to knowledge and skill-building resources for long-term stability.

Beginning September 23, Hope Church has the opportunity to help this ministry by providing and serving a hot meal at 6 p.m. the fourth Wednesday of every other month. For those interested in learning more, there will be an informational meeting this Sunday, July 26, at 11:15 a.m. in the Chapel. Meet the cook and program director and get your questions answered!
