Time to clean out your medicine cabinet!
Please join us downtown Holland this Saturday. Bring your expired prescriptions or over the counter pharmaceuticals to the Holland Public Safety to help prevent accidental drug overdoses by children and make the environment a bit cleaner too!
It’s important to remember that water treatment plants aren’t designed to remove pharmaceuticals from the water and that those chemicals can eventually make there way into rivers and lakes downstream of a water treatment facility. So please avoid flushing pills down the drain. This event is sponsor by the Macatawa Area Coordinating Council.
