Lakeshore Ethnic Diversity Alliance is seeking volunteers to lead diverse groups of 15-20 students through and a discussion about a prepared set of materials. The dialogue will explore the prevalence and impact of stereotypes and challenge students to join a campaign to stop stereotypes. The time commitment is from 10:15-11:45 a.m. on May 3 and 4. Volunteers are welcome to stay for lunch after the dialogue. Volunteers can commit to assisting on either or both days.
Facilitation training is offered for your choice and convenience: in Holland on Tuesday, April 26 from 5:30-7:00 p.m. or in Grand Haven on Wednesday, April 27 from 3:30-5:00 p.m.
