Thank you so much for the cozy prayer shawl Jill delivered to me when she called. It’s my turn to receive one now, after years of giving them. 🙂 I’ll enjoy it and feel surrounded by your caring prayers and love. I’m at peace and waiting for God’s good time. Many thanks and love to each one.

Thanks to the many volunteers (especially the kitchen crew and auction organizers), donors, the church staff who put in extra energy, and, of course, all those who participated in the Build Hope event on April 30th! Whether or not you learned new dance moves, we hope you enjoyed the fellowship, food, and music. From our collective efforts, we raised $6,300 to contribute to our Living Hope building renovation fund, especially recognizing the many community groups who make our facility a lively place week in and week out.

Our many thanks to the Hope Church congregation who supported us during Bob’s illness and passing. Your caring, love and prayers were very important to us. Particular thanks to Gordon and Jill, to Congregational Care ministry members, to Ginger and the REST group, and to Brian and the choir members who sang so beautifully at Bob’s Memorial Service.
