On Sept. 21st when the congregation voted to support the Consistory in authorizing a Capital Campaign, this proposal included a 5% designation of funds raised to be shared with ministry partners for capital projects underway. The current thinking within consistory is to split our 5% designation between three ministry partners, two local and one international: 4th-New Community RCA and Maple Ave Ministries RCA/CRC of Holland and the Haiti Foundation Against Poverty.
The consistory will make a final determination about the recipients for this 5% designation at their meeting in November.
