Over the past couple of months, the children attending summer church school have been learning about some of the great water stories from the Bible. We have learned that we should trust and obey God, just as Noah, Moses, Jonah and the followers of Jesus did in their times of need. Through role-playing, storytelling, discussion, crafts and games, the children will continue to become better acquainted with God’s Word. The children, as well as the adult leaders, have enjoyed learning and growing together.
On Sunday, September 8, Church School will begin our program year. Children, age 3 through 5th graders, will be dismissed from the 11:00 a.m. service to worship in the Children in Worship centers. Look for more detailed information coming soon!
