The Creation Care Ministry is highlighting these opportunities:
- Our own David Chase is participating in a demonstration of the ability of amateur radio operators to provide emergency communications when all other systems fail. Dave will be demonstrating a solar powered system. You can find David at the northeastern end of Zeeland’s Huizenga Park from 2:00 pm Saturday, June 26 to 2:00 pm Sunday, June 27.
- The Green Team at Grace Episcopal Church has invited us to join them in a guided nature walk at Hemlock Crossing Park, Sunday, June 27 @ 3:00 pm.
- We are still recycling corks and pens/markers/sharpies/mechanical pencils. There are containers in the parking lot entryway. Now that we are beginning to meet in person again, you can easily drop them off on your way in to any church event. Let your friends and coworkers know. Tell them that you’ll recycle theirs’s for them.
