October saw a continuation of the Design and Development phase of the Living Hope facility renovation project. We’ve submitted our application for a Certificate of Appropriateness from the Holland Historic District Commission, and are in process for the site plan that enables us to get other required approvals.
The architect, engineering (civil, structural, mechanical, lighting, and sound), and interior design team members have been collaborating on details of the implementation; Elzinga & Volkers as our construction manager is keeping us apprised of cost implications and has begun planning to accommodate our activities during construction.
