Hope Church is partnering with our sister congregation Maple Avenue Ministries to respond directly to needs in Flint. A member of Maple Ave. Ministries who is from Flint has identified a need that goes beyond the drinking/cooking water crisis to the reality that people don’t have enough water to bathe. Accordingly, funds are being collected to purchase suitable personal hygiene wipes in addition to drinking water to distribute to specific neighborhoods in Flint where people have limited transportation. Hope Church is collecting financial contributions which will be directed towards this need. Please make checks payable to HOPE CHURCH with the memo line for FLINT.
