Hope Church is an open community, blessed and strengthened by the rich diversity of background, race, ability, gender, sexual orientation, culture, gifts and interests present among and around us. As a congregation guided by Micah 6:8 to do justice, love kindness, and walk humbly with God, we are committed to Room for All, Racial Justice, Accessibility, and Caring for Creation. We’d love to welcome you in person!
We gather for meaningful, liturgical worship each Sunday, with traditional classical music. We are active both as a community and within the community in discipleship, hospitality, and the pursuit of justice for our neighbors.
Hope Church is a rostered member of Room for All, which has as its mission “To support, educate, and advocate for the welcome and full affirmation of people of all sexual orientations, gender identities, and gender expressions in the RCA and surrounding communities of people of faith.” You may be interested in viewing our worship service on June 4, 2023, which launched Pride month last year with Pastor Phil preaching. Or view the Room for All Sunday services from 2022 or 2023 during Pride month.
Please join us at 11 a.m. on any Sunday morning from Labor Day through Memorial Day (10 a.m. in the summer) for worship either in person at our sanctuary, online through YouTube Live, or through our radio broadcast at 11 a.m., streamed on the WHTC website. Once a month, typically on the last Sunday, we offer a pizza lunch to which you’re invited as our guest.
