How many Ottawa County Parks can you visit this year?
What you need:
- Ottawa County Parks Map
- Spring 2013 Brochure* (summer brochure will be available later in May)
- Parks Challenge Check List
- Park Bingo; stickers for kids
All forms will be available at the Caring for Creation table in the Gathering Area on Sunday, April 28.
What you do:
- Take a picture of yourself at the park sign or your favorite spot in each park you visit. Post by Caring for Creation bulletin board.
- Adults fill in the Challenge List and write a comment.
- Kids put a sticker on each park visited. Each time you get a bingo (6 in a row) show Peter or Judith Boogaart to earn a prize.
There will be an award at the end of the year for the most parks visited!

Caring for Creation will be organizing group visits to many of these parks throughout 2013, but we encourage you to visit them on your own as well. Later this year Caring for Creation will be considering whether or not to join the Ottawa County Adopt-A-Park program. So enjoy the parks now and let us know what you think about Hope Church making a commitment to help care for one of the parks.
*In addition to the outings in the Spring 2013 brochure, Hemlock Crossings has a Family Program every Sunday afternoon at 2 PM.
