This year marks Holland’s Twelfth Annual PRIDE event. The Holland PRIDE Film Festival this year is being brought to you by “OUT on the Lakeshore”. This organization is a new collaborative formed by Holland Pride, Holland is Ready, and PFLAG Holland/Lakeshore. The indoor PRIDE Film Festival for 2016 will take place on Friday, June 24 at the Park Theatre and Saturday, June 25 at the Civic Theatre. The focus this year is on fulfilling the dream of a Holland area LGBTQ Resource Center, which is hoped to open this fall. Four films will be shown: Prodigal Sons, Matthew Shepard is a Friend of Mine, La Mission, and The Imitation Game. Check out hollandpride.org for more information.
