Paint and Pray
This summer Rev. Randy Smit invites spiritual explorers to join in a practice of movement, mindfulness and creative response to Life.
Participants will bring preselected themes, music style and tone/mood to the canvas. Randy will simply facilitate connection to what’s alive and how it feels and where “it” wants to go with the Spirit.
Canvas and supplies included. Garage space at Smit’s functions as A Sacred Studio. Suggested donation $60 for two hours. Large canvas $100 for two hours.
