The Seder is a traditional Jewish meal that remembers the events of the Passover told in the book of Exodus. There will be a potluck meal as part of the Seder so please bring a dish to pass. Sign up for the Seder in the Gathering Area or by calling the church office at (616) 392-7947.
The “Light in Deepest Night” liturgy is drawn from the writings of Christian mystic Julian of Norwich, who lived and wrote in fourteenth-century Britain. Through choral settings, scripture, songs, prayer and reflection, the “Light in Deepest Night” liturgy on Maundy Thursday draws us to hear these themes of God’s all-encompassing love and grace in the passion story of Jesus Christ.
